SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipments are always by Dhl courier. Delivery times can vary from 24 to 48 working hours throughout Italy after the order has been processed. For islands and less favoured areas, delivery times are longer, up to 24 hours longer.
The cost, net of promotional offers on shipping, is as follows:
- €7 with purchases under €50 throughout Italy
- € 20.00 for Austria, France and Monaco
- € 24.00 for the United Kingdom
- € 25.00 for Belgium, Netherlands and Spain
- € 30.00 for Greece and the United States
- € 35.00 for China, Japan and Switzerland
- € 45.00 for Australia
Shipping methods
Shipment is always ‘traceable’, so you can follow its route and know its stages. Orders are normally delivered within 96 working hours, throughout Italy, from receipt of payment. As soon as the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number that will provide you with details of the delivery status.

The main objective is to ensure that the order reaches its destination as soon as possible. However, it is the customers and/or recipients who take responsibility, at the time of purchase, for the products received and the delivery details provided (always check that these are correct).

We cannot accept any responsibility for any losses incurred by the customer or recipient, in terms of non-refundable transport costs and/or additional costs for delivery or replacement of goods. In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us by phone or email within three days of receiving your order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents. Please do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving confirmation of acceptance of the return.
Import duty costs are non-refundable. The same applies to costs incurred for the return and insurance of the item, unless otherwise agreed. As already stated in ‘Terms & Conditions’ the responsibility lies with the customer/receiver once the order has been shipped.
