Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer-Customer, if not satisfied with the products purchased from the Seller, may return the products and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance.

Method of exerciseTo this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days from the delivery of the products, sending an e-mail (to the address info@frangipani.it ) using the standard withdrawal form that can be downloaded below, containing all the necessary and useful information for the correct processing of the return and refund practice.

Such communication must necessarily contain everything indicated below:

a) The Customer's express wish to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract;
b) The number and copy of the document (invoice - transport document) proving the purchase of the order in respect of which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised;
c) The description and codes of the Products in respect of which the right of withdrawal is being exercised.

Following receipt of the communication with which the Customer communicates his/her wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller, after verifying correspondence with the requirements indicated above, will agree, also via e-mail, with the Customer on the procedures for returning the products.

Refunds
Refunds will be made as follows
:
• PayPal: directly to the PayPal account.

• By bank transfer, subject to the customer sending the details.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
However, the right to return

a) made-to-measure or clearly customised goods;
b) goods with damage or wear from wear and tear or improper use;
c) goods without the appropriate labels;
d) goods damaged due to transport (in the case of standard, uninsured shipping);
e) It is not possible to request withdrawal for defects related to craftsmanship uniqueness (variations in colour, embroidery or applications).


If the product has a problem that cannot be resolved by our technical support, you can return the product to us. The first step is to communicate your wish to withdraw at info@frangipani.it .

This form must be filled out in full and we will reply by e-mail within 3 working days with return instructions. Products must be returned in their original packaging. We do not refund damaged products due to insufficient packaging. The return must first be approved.
